We are looking to grow our team with the addition of process-driven sales talent who will in turn grow our business via inside sales.


Position Overview:

The Account Executive (AE) will initiate, qualify, and close new business for Strategic Coach.

The AE will prioritize their target market, generate demand, and develop and close sales cycles for our Coaching Programs amongst entrepreneurs.

The AE is accountable for sales quota attainment within their defined sales territory.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of top level performance in winning complex sales and work well in an entrepreneurial environment.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Quota Attainment — “hunter” mentality, will meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales lead objectives.
  2. Territory Planning — will develop and document strategy to build pipeline of sales opportunities within defined target leads/prospects.
  3. Demand Generation — will create demand for Strategic Coach services within a defined sales territory.
  4. Lead And Progress The Sales Cycle — will drive the sales process through to completion.
  5. Weekly Reporting And Funnel Management — will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with Strategic Coach’s forecasting cadence.

Basic Qualifications:

  • “Hunter” mentality with a proven record of success driving sales through a disciplined process
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in professional sales
