We are looking for an Account Manager for the Middle East and Africa to develop new business by following up on leads and from existing clients to both cross-sell new products as well as expand the current ones. In this role, you will be responsible for learning our product(s), providing online demonstrations, and achieving monthly quota, while working with internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Understand customer goals, challenges, timeline, budget, authority, and create account strategies for clients within your book of business.
- Build a pipeline of potential customers and successfully reaching sales targets and meeting a quarterly sales quota.
- Recruit and manage strong distribution partners and resellers within the region.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and partner/reseller relationships.
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations to clients based on their needs and priorities.
- Cross-sell additional product services related to the original purchase to meet a sales quota.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
Qualification:
- 2-4 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience, preferably in software sales.
- Good technical knowledge about Application Development and Testing tools is a plus.
- Proven success in sales.
- Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle multiple prospective clients and issues simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience selling a competing product offering preferred, but not required.
- Previously demonstrated team goal-focused.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Arabic is a plus
