• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Primary responsibility is to the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to month end closing schedule.
• Accounts receivable, producing Sale Invoices Keep up to date sales record and payment reports and account reconciliation. , .
• Process & monitor Employee expanse reports, verifying expanses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expanses and entering into the system.
• Make payments of all vendors and make documentation.
• ledger reconciliation of all vendors.
• Make purchase order of all purchases. And posting goods receive notes from inventory to party account.
• Managing account parables and receivables.
• Responsible for all audit points on month end.
• Daily base cash handling petty expenses.
• Posting cash payments and receiving vouchers.
• Make sale order of dispatched items.
• Maintain purchase manager bills and bilities.
• Keep proper detail of cash receiving and expanses of whole factory

• To maintain Vendors and customers ledgers in account system regularly.
• To prepare and monitoring of internal controls and leisure with internal audit

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs25,000.00 /month
