About The Job

The AP Specialist will be a key member of the Finance team. The Finance team is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate financial reporting. The position will work in the Lahore office and be responsible for numerous aspects of accounts payable and reporting process of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Enter invoices into the TMS system.
  • Verify invoice amount to rate confirmation and ensure proof of delivery documents are collected.
  • Ensure invoices are paid and customers are billed on time.
  • Monitor AP inbox and respond to carrier.
  • Work with Accounting team, as needed, on AP related projects.


Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1+ years of total experience working in related function
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office Excel
  • Must be proactive, organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Always curious and always learning
