The Regional Customer Service Officer is a role within SA Housing Authority and is accountable to the Business Coordinator, Team Leader, Operations Manager, Manager Far West or Manager Remote (subject to location) for:

• providing customer service to SA Housing Authority clients
• providing clerical and administrative support services within the region
• modelling the behaviours aligned with the service values of SA Housing Authority.

Special Conditions

• The vacancies are located in Mount Gambier and Murray Bridge.
• The vacancies at Mount Gambier are ongoing and there is a mix of full time and part time roles
• The vacancies at Murray Bridge are on a term basis
• Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to being employed and every three years.
• The incumbent will initially be assigned to a specific region, however may be required to move to another regional office within SA depending on organisational needs in line with the PS Act.
