Job Description

Currently looking to hiring for a part- time cashier for the cafeteria Cambridge Ont unit is open 5 days per week and is accessible by public transportation.
Duties:

Prep cafeteria for start of shift and restock throughout the day

Handle cash and process customer orders in a friendly and courteous manner

Answer telephone as required

Other miscellaneous duties as required, assigned by supervisor

• Receive cash from customers in payment for goods or services, and record amounts received.
• Client and customer relations focus
• Know, understand and comply with all relevant operational standards and procedures that are current.
• Ensure strict compliance with Compass' Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program.
  

Qualifications

Team Player with a great winning attitude, always thinking safety and customer service.

Previous cashier experience an asset
Ability to multi task in a face paced cafeteria environment
Ability to follow all health & safety policies & procedures as they related to the site
Attention to detail and customer service is always high priority
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Professional telephone
