Manager - Media Analysis Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: £32,000 -

actionable insights? As a Client Insights Manager within their Media
Analysis department you will be at the forefront of the global media
explosion and will be pivotal in helping organisations make sense of the
new media and communication landscape. Partnering with clients to ascertain
their needs and requirements, you will work collaboratively to distil these
down into bespoke solutions to help them shape their media strategy, answer
vital business questions and make considered data driven decisions. A
natural leader, you will also guide and support your team of analysts,
ensuring that they reach their full potential whilst taking responsibility
for upholding our exceptional quality standards. In addition, you will work
closely with the Relationship Management division to ensure that any
opportunities for up- or cross-selling are identified are pursued. Key
accountabilities for the Client Insights Manager - Media Analysis role
include: * Building strong relationships with clients and liaising with
them to understand and define their media analysis requirements and
priorities * Designing and communicating a plan to deliver the client brief
within pre-agreed timeframes * Working closely with both internal and
external teams and to ensure client satisfaction, address and resolve
queries. * Attending external client meetings to present analysis reports
and / or new analysis service proposals. * Reporting on quality of client
specific analysis components to the Service Delivery Management team, and
feeding back to team individuals * Line management of assigned Research and
Data Analysts, and performing quality control processes to ensure that the
highest possible standards are upheld. * Contributing to the training of
more junior team members alongside other managers in the department.
Requirements of the Client Insights Manager - Media Analysis: They are
looking for conscientious problem solvers who understand the challenges
faced by organisations in this complex media age and are adept at finding
the narrative within large data sets. You should be analytically minded yet
flexible with a can-do attitude and a desire to excel. You should be a
strategic thinker, able to anticipate problems and plan accordingly. With
an excellent history in providing accurate and timely business reporting,
you should also be able to demonstrate skills in nurturing and growing
client relationships. Fluency in German would also be an advantage, but is
