Please note that since this job is not full time; compensation will either be hourly or fixed per document, kindly read more details about the job below:

Scope of work:

Draft a variety of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, sales, licensing agreements, distribution, commercial, and public agreements.

Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.

Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes.

Developing company policy and position on legal issues.

Researching, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks.

Serve as point-of-contact between the two parties in contractual matters.

Provide guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.

Two years of previous experience as a contract manager or in a related position.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Proven background on corporate law (contract law, intellectual property rights, licensing, and outsourcing).

Preferred:

Background in outsourcing, hourly jobs, freelancing, remote and temporary laws in Saudi Arabia.
