JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Manage large number ofoutbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

• Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.

• Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.

• Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.

• Females will be given free pick and drop facility.

• Freshers and Students are encouraged to apply.

7:00Pm to 1:00Am

7:00 Pm to 4:00 Am

9:00Pm to 4:00Am

11:00Pm to 4:00Am
