We are on the hunt for our next Customer Service superstar to join our team. Someone who thrives in a dynamic contact centre environment and enjoys helping clients over the phone. We need an efficient problem solver who has exceptional customer service and communication skills to provide a friendly, empathetic and positive experience to our clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling high-volume of inbound calls
  • Booking services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
  • Administratively assisting field managers
  • Updating client information
  • Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment

About you:

  • Customer-focused
  • Enjoy solving problems with a high attention to detail
  • Calm and steady in times of peak traffic
  • Previous experience working within a contact or call centre
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone etiquette
  • A team player with experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • You will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases)

Flexibility is imperative in this position as you will work across 7 days ranging from 6am to 10pm. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.

For brownie points:

  • Certification in administration or similar
  • Experience working within the aged care industry
