ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Admixture Department located in KEYSBOROUGH, VICTORIA.

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Admixture Team Leader you will be required to provide a high level of Customer Service, ensuring that orders are processed promptly and accurately.

This is a 10 Month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Coverage Role (with possible extension upon review)

Previous Call Centre or Technical Helpline Experience is ESSENTIAL.

WHAT DUTIES ARE INVOLVED?
  • Coordinate Admixture Delivery run as per schedule and ensure that all relevant documentation is retained and invoiced promptly.
  • Monitor Orders Email and action incoming orders / enquiries as required
  • Assist customers with order taking, pricing enquiries, product enquiries, stock availability and forward orders.
  • Liaise with freight providers for delivery status on orders and proof of delivery (POD’s).
  • Liaise with Branch Logistics and Customers to process Back Orders and non-collected orders
  • Liaise with Branch Logistics for Stock Replenishment, Branch to Branches and Manufacturing.
  • Provide support to Sales Representatives in relation to customer enquiries, samples, orders, etc.
  • Ensure accounting records are kept and filed properly to satisfy statutory and audit requirements.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed accordingly

ABOUT YOU

To be successful within this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 12 months experience within a high level Customer Service / Support environment.
  • A strong understanding of Customer Service principles
  • Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills / administrative skills
