GE Solucions Private Limited is currently looking for an experienced professional Customer Support Specialist - International for its Karachi Office to assist their International customers.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
- Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints verbal & non verbal.
- Manage large amount of incoming calls
- Resolve products or services problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem.Selecting & explaining the best solution to resolve the problem
Required Skills
- Individual having the ability to read, write, and speaks English fluently with good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.
- English communication and computer proficiency is required.
- Web savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the Internet, search engines, and ecommerce
- site functionality
- Strong writing skills and communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience is mandatory.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Manages complex transnational or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Should be able to assure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues.
- Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to retain them.
- Responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
Additional Requirements:
- Online Web store experience preferred with exposure to online store tools such as eBay and Amazon.
- International customer support experience will be favored
