Job Purpose
Overall responsible for day to day activity of dispensing of materials and provide support in handing of material in warehouse.
Key Responsibilities for Dispensing Officer (Location: Jamshoro Plant)
- Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
- Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
- Dispensing of raw material in dedicated dispensaries and preparation of required documentation. Posting of all materials in SAP on same day.
- Perform and Supervises Despising Area, receiving and issuance operations and team
- Ensure compliance to SOPs, EHS and cGMP regulations.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning within operational requirements.
- Ensure all Cleaning of Dispensing Sections in accordance to the Cleanness.
- Ensure materials are delivered to appropriate areas, monitor flow of goods and verify incoming materials according to delivery documents.
- Identifies and corrects inefficiencies in work processes and operator performances that contribute to errors in inventory, shipping/receiving management and product losses (e.g. shrink, reconciliations)
- Assure all personnel are trained in the correct use of equipment, Good Dispensing Practices as well as warehouse management.
- Immediately reporting after identification of rejected/written off/expired materials within time limits to Site Manager Warehouse.
- Implement and maintain cGMP, QMS and EHS standards in raw material warehouse and dispensing area.
- Responsible for the deployment of GPS standards in the respective area.
- Prepare SOPs, validation and general documentation in Warehouse.
- Record and maintain daily checklists of applicable SOPs in raw material warehouse and dispensing area.
- Involve in preparation of Level, 1, 2, 3 audits of Warehouse and to prepare compliance of the same.
- Mitigate EHS and QMS risks of raw material.
- Achieve process safety awareness competency level.
- Build better cross functional co-ordination (Horizontally, vertically) for the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
