E-Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Manage social media community engaged with Eiwan’s FB and Instagram page
• Respond to all queries received via emails, whatsapp, FB Messenger or WebChat
• Engage with potential clients on website/ Social Media
• Track relevant pages on social media and keep Company’s brand name in the lime light and sales team and marketing team updated with developments
• Effectively engage leads coming in through all online channels, establish relationship, pitch products and mature sales
• Keep track of KPIs and conversion rate
• Analyze the trends and devise the media plan for pre-launch, launch and post launch
• Engage in new project marketing planning and execution exercise in order to keep Digital Marketing on track with execution plan

Requirement:

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Softwares
• Proficiency in English
• Prior experience in social media engagement is a plus
• Communication and relationship networking skills
• Atleast completed or enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs45,000.00 /month
