Role Summary

This position supports the Employee Success Leader to drive commercial and operational excellence across BHGE. This position will be responsible for collaborating with front-line teams and senior leaders to identify, prioritize and drive process & operational improvement across the organization through commercial initiatives, digital tools, analytics, adoption, and change management.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for the MENAT region to drive new Global Excellence initiatives, programs and tools that enhance commercial and organizational capabilities.
• Establish an operating rhythm with the sales and commercial team to drive and improve the region KPIs and metrics.
• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights at an individual and organisational level to enable effective decision making in the region.
• Drive cross product company initiatives (e.g. Key Account Plans) to ensure collaboration and customer focus.
• Identify new process improvement opportunities and act as the voice of the front-line teams to feedback requirements to the broader Global Excellence team.
• Drive adoption of new Global Excellence tools through training and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university / college in business, operations, or a technical / engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, work with Big 4 consultancies
• Demonstrated understanding of the broad Oil & Gas market and regional business climate.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Project Management experience with strong execution focus preferred.
• Advanced degree / qualification preferred (e.g. MBA, Masters, CFA).
