Job duties Of the Front Desk Receptionist include:
- Welcoming everyone who comes in
- Answering the phones
- Scan resumes and ask interviewees screening questions and filter.
- Providing interviewees with necessary information based on position
- Linking interviewees with the hiring manger, checking them in, and setting appointments
- Assisting employees with biometric device to enroll as well as help them on the phone.
- Helping anyone who may come into the building looking for the other departments in this building
- On orientation days copying transcripts and discharge papers. calling departments when new hires are ready for pickup.
- Directing hiring managers and other employees with meetings to the appropriate conference space
- Other admin duties as necessary
