Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management or comparable field of study


Key Role Responsibilities:

 

·         Design and conceptualization of new digital initiatives.

·         Maintain relationships with senior-level client contacts and internal contacts

·         Build digital strategy as per organization requirements.

·         Manage and delivery of digital projects and periodic update to Senior Management.

·         Adherence to IA, IS and Tech & Ops Policies & Procedures

·         Strategic initiative’s management and delivery

·         Strategic partnerships management with the Vendor and Stakeholder management.

·         Provide strategic counsel, guidance and leadership to clients and staff in the areas of social media strategy, content strategy and analytics

·         Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand digital scope of work fused with PR programs; lead new business outreach process and win business

·         Effectively budget new scopes of work and manage staff utilization to meet targets

·         Work across account teams to infuse digital elements such as paid amplification, and analytics into programs

·         Identify new tools and techniques to improve the performance of digital and efforts

·         Attend industry conferences, presentations and webinars to stay current with industry trends

·         Maintaining a respectful, enthusiastic and professional attitude towards co-workers, clients and outside colleagues and lead team by example

·         Supporting teams and managing up and down

·         Responsibly using flexible work policies

·         Mentoring junior staff to elevate development

·         Proactively setting up quarterly goals with manager; tracking against goals and demonstrating growth

 

Key Requirements:

·         Ability to identify and frame the problem, identify the required data and its source, analyze data, build financial model, synthesize key learnings, present information and recommendations in succinctness

·         Ability to work with broad cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product;

·         Ability to influence and present to stakeholders at senior levels to ensure proper awareness, support and escalations.

·         Structured thinker, effective verbal communicator with excellent written communication skills;

·         Proactive, able to work well under tight delivery timelines; ability to operate in a fluid environment;

·         Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team;

·         Be highly adaptive and have a collaborative can-do spirit

·         Technical Knowledge – latest digital & mobile knowledge.

·         Effectively prioritizing responsibilities based on impact, timelines, workflow and client goals.
