- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers for further technical interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Developing and updating company’s personnel policies.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations to hire employees/interns.
- Participates in job fairs, local college/university recruitment.
- Serves as a local resource to candidates; understand, communicate, and answer candidate questions and ensures each candidate has a positive recruiting experience with our organization.
- Processing new hires and terminations.
- Maintaining all employee records.
- Carries out international staffing where required.
- Manages the payroll of the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English language.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR Management.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Disciplined, responsible and possesses the ability to take initiatives as well as carry out given tasks in a timely manner.
- Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
- Promising fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month
