Job Key Details

Observe sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met
Preserve accurate records of all key accounts sales
Assess sales performance of the products
Conduct customer leads through cold calling
Meet agreed sales targets
Generate reports concerning market conditions
Settle customers’ complaints as well as challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
Set up, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Set up and maintain effective working relationships with the team
Generate regular reports and analysis on key accounts sales

Job Qualifications and Experience

Must have a relevant Bachelors Degree
Experience in the sale field required
Must be a self starter with a good business sense
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Must be creative
Should be energetic and self motivated
Good customer service skills
Strong computer knowledge required
