Duties & Responsibilities Extracting vehicles registration numbers for verification from slack on daily basis Preparing final verification for vehicle’s after gathering all the required information from Excise, CPLC and regulatory authorities. Updating slack with all the final information, Tax deduction, HPA deduction, Transfer and correction deduction on daily basis. Reviewing total number of registration file possession at the end of the day and highlight the pending Token Tax , HPA , Transfer withholding Tax ,correction ,NOC and any issue due to which registration file is incomplete . Maintain documents control sheet and make sure that completeness of sheet. Implementing the controls and process to streamline the documentation department, including regular payments and instant payment. Incorporating inputs from senior management and coordinating with concerned finance individuals to ensure efficient inflows and outflows of cash in order to provide clear registration file from department ends. Ensuring all applicable legal and taxation laws are adhered to and any filing requirements/deadlines are met. Preparing Token Tax, Transfer W.H.T, HPA and correction amounts reconciliations and reporting results to senior management as per defined policy. Monitoring and updating Main data section of CMS and ensuring that all the required data of registration files and scanned file of purchased vehicle’s has been updated on daily basis . Monitoring the timely uploading of purchase Receipt (PR) and Pay order (PO) of last day purchased vehicles. Managing all the process regarding initial verification and physically checking of registration files in all corporate deals. Maintain availability of keys according to available inventory. Maintain and manage the petty cash in the warehouse. Verify and oversee transition of the car that are received from other locations and match them with CMS database. What are we looking for 3 to 5 years of experience in car trading, dealing with automotive excise and taxation matters and operations management. Bachelors degree from a reputable experience. In depth knowledge of car documentation and warehouse operations. Proven working experience of managing tough stakeholders and coordination. Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures Experience in automotive industry will be preferred.
