Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all the operations across all the departments (front and back end of the store)
• Developing supply chain networks to ensure timely delivery and quality product in most cost efficient manner
• Managing the supplies: recording, storing, allocating and ordering with minimum wastage and as per the company’s set standards and procedures
• Providing consistent support to all the departments
• Ensuring consistent quality across the entire value/supply chain
• Planning the stores daily and future needs to maintain the supply and demand and keeping deficiencies and excess quantities at minimum to none
• Planning and budgeting the resources and constantly updating and/or reporting any minor/major changes in unit prices of items
• Ensuring smooth operations across the processes in rush hours keeping the food/service quality high and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Must have excellent problem solving expertise
• Bachelors in business administration (supply chain/marketing/etc.)/hospitality management or equivalent
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Work experience in the similar field minimum 6 years
• Food and beverage knowledge (storage requirements, management etc.)
