Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Porter/Facilities Associate

Available schedule is from Monday thru Friday and hours are assigned based on operation needs. Start date: ASAP.

General Description:
To maintain the facility by stocking, organizing, cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Specific Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ensure kitchen areas are clean and stocked
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of pantry while also sending inventory counts to staff responsible for placing orders
• Assist with clearing of catering from meeting rooms
• Reset meeting rooms in advance of next scheduled meeting
• Check and refill stationary at set stations on each floor
• Conduct regular walkabouts on floors making sure furniture is aligned, common areas are clean, supplies at workstations are stocked
• Attend daily briefing for room/floor configurations that need to be set for next day
• Complete end of day routine/walkabout on all floors which will include takedown of water kegs, shutdown/cleaning of coffee machines, restock of kitchen stations, cleaning of meeting rooms (whiteboards and furniture).
• Other reasonable duties from management as assigned.

• Previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand and/or fine dining luxury level service knowledge and training
• Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
