Regional Clinical Auditor

Level: M2

Education: At least MBBS/Bachelor’s in Nursing degree/ Midwifery is required, MBA/MPH will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of clinical practice experience in Gyne/Obs including House Job.
• 
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Project Management/Management in the sector of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
• 
  Field experience in Clinical Audit/Quality Assurance is preferred.

Job description:

BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB
The position is responsible for monitoring and quality assessment activities related to Health Services (HS), Interpersonal Communication (IPC) and Sales at the field level. The position holder monitors field activities, trainings and evaluates quality of services and information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

• Conduct regular site inspections and report findings using prescribed Internal Quality Audit Tools.
• 
  Conduct observation of supervisory visits for an assessment of field efforts done by teams of HS, IPC and Sales.
• 
  Conduct training evaluation.
• 
  Conduct client validation.
• 
  Use tools to evaluate providers’ practices and undertake client exit interviews, report findings, and keep records at the regional office.
• 
  Coordinate efforts for the providers of Greenstar network to bridge the gap between practice and standards.
• 
  Collect and disseminate the work and improvement plans submitted by regional teams of HS, IPC and Sales on monthly basis.
  

Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of current policy and practices of Family Planning and other Reproductive Health services is required
• 
  Knowledge about Interpersonal Communication, Behavior Change Communication and Attitude Transformation is desired
• 
  Fluency in English and Urdu is required, local language fluency is desired
• 
  Computer literacy is mandatory
