Remote Digital Administrator, Cash and Payment Operations (Blockchain)

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all activities related to cash processing and reconciliation operations in the market for all client segments digitally.

Other job task may range from

• Execute operating procedures that ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.

• Contribute to environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the department.

• Achieve preset targets measuring service quality & effectiveness against appropriate benchmarks and identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for our clients.

• Follow preset procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements

• Contribute to satisfactory results in all internal & external audits

• Undertake ongoing training & development of staff on operating procedures & regulatory requirements.

• Ensure appropriate liaison with Risk and Control area within Operations and ensure all suspense accounts are current and upto-date

• Be accountable for ongoing satisfaction of clients by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations
