Knova Software Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. company is looking for a qualified Sales & Marketing intern to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a Business-related program or Sales and Marketing.
- 0-6 months of experience in Sales and Marketing would be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and generate lists of potential customers
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
- Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities
- Learn and apply sales techniques
- Maintain sales records
- Generate new business opportunities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
- Run general industry related errands
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
- Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails
Requirements:
- Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
