About the Job:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities for our Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through calls and emails.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from cold accounts and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate initial relationships with customers, from first contact to setting a demo for our Account Executive team to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact, engage and qualify businesses with fleets of Local vehicles through cold calls and emails
  • Effectively partner and work across the Sales teams - including partner Local SDR teams and Account Executives in the USA
  • Work closely with Account Executive team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and sales opportunities through direct account engagement
  • Schedule demos for Local Account Executives to close quickly
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email in English
  • Act as the subject matter expert on KeepTruckin's Local product offerings
Qualifications:
---------------

  • Less than 1 year of tele-sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Proven record of consistently performing above quota in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business value
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving quota goals from assigned set of accounts
  • Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
