We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking Digital Marketing specialist who relishes a new challenge. We want someone who is passionate about the Internet and in particular search engine marketing and website analysis. You will be responsible for delivering a SEM/SEO within the travel industry.
You need to be able to demonstrate how you significantly improve our organic rankings and show ROI on PPC campaigns. You must also be proactive in making recommendations on how they can improve our websites and increase conversion rates.
This role will be in Islamabad (World Trade Centre) F8, PK
What you’ll be doing
- Design SEO and PPC strategies
- You will be responsible for the SEO performance and work collaboratively with them to improve our rankings. You must be proactive with your insights and suggestions.
- Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and ensure that the SEO and PPC channels are achieving the ROI targets.
- Share initiatives, best practices and results.
- Keep up to date with latest SEO trends.
- Keyword research, keyword generation & with content creation.
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

- Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight

- Experience of delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation
- Experienced in project and client management
- Google AdWords and Analytics Certified.

PPC
- Daily management of paid campaigns
- Report, track and measure paid campaign performance based on KPIs and benchmarks
- Work with the wider team to set up strategies and planning paid search & social campaigns
- Manage the paid budget to achieve ROI targets
- Liaise with 3rd party providers
SEO & CRO
- Analyse organic performance and improve the on-site visitor experience
- Increase the online visibility of the brand and products
- Monitor diagnostic tools and fix site errors
- Expand current site functionality
- Align Organic and Paid Search strategies to maximise Search Engine coverage and ROI
- Work with the wider marketing team on conversion rate optimisation across the different marketing channels and tactics
SEO Tools
- Experienced with: Screaming Fro, Ryte, DeepCrawl, URL Profiler, Buzzstream, Cognitive SEO, Majestic SEO, MOZ, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, Spyfu, Webmaster and other SEO software.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience working in a digital marketing role with at least 3+ years of hands-on lead generation through paid channels, website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation
- An understanding of the commercials of online marketing activities, preferably in a B2C environment
- Hands-on experience planning and running PPC accounts for search and display through Google Ads
- Proven track record of delivering converted leads through search engine optimisation and paid channels
- Experience using a variety of SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs) and good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Strong HTML, CSS and basic understanding of PHP/ASP/Javascript
- Team player, self-motivated, able to plan and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Experience working with large data sets
- Undertaking SEO activities such as technical site analysis, site audits, off and on page optimisation, link strategy and management
- Responsible for site review implementation
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and producing accurate and timely reports in Excel and Powerpoint
