RBBi is an ambitious and fast-growing digital experience agency based in Dubai. We are looking for a talented SEO Manager to join our team here in Dubai.

Mission:

The role is a blend of technical expertise with creative problem solving within the field of SEO and analytics. You will be an all-round SEO expert, skilled in the end to end SEO process with the ability to help deliver strategies and presentations with the guidance of your coach and peers.

The key expectations of your role is the execution and delivery of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to our client-base. You will also be involved in mentorship for junior members of the team, continuous development of SEO processes and best practices.

Your objectives:

• Lead SEO projects for our client partners from end to end – from briefing, delivery to reporting. Always ensuring top quality delivery and strategy within agreed timeframes
• Identify improvements of business process to streamline our SEO efforts for clients, and suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Generate inspiring insights for clients, communicate them effectively and ensure recommendations are supported by sound research and analysis.
• Ensures that client briefs, priorities and associated challenges are fully understood by the project team where relevant along with relevant deadlines and expected deliverables.
• Leads sections of business development related to SEO and presents relevant sections in pitch meetings with support of SEO Head and Business Development Director
• Train and mentor new team members and interns on subject matter expertise.
• Continuously share knowledge and developments among the department and wider business.
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team

What you’ll need:

Skills:

• 5+ years direct working experience as a Search Engine Optimization professional, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong understanding of the overall SEO process, including technical and content optimisation, competition analysis, link building/acquisition campaigns and app store optimisation.
• Expert-level analytics skills and experience in various industry web analytics tools used by our clients, such as Google Analytics including the ability to collect and interpret data with the aim of driving impactful change for SEO projects.
• Passionate about SEO and digital analytics, with the proactivity to further develop your skillset within the world of digital marketing.
• Solid experience managing client expectations and working to project deadlines
• Excellent time-management skillsStrong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with technical and editorial teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail when building presentations.
• Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and how to build visually appealing client presentations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, PivotTables, advanced formulae)
• Good understanding of CSS, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and PHP. Good understanding of how these can be optimised to help drive performance for SEO projects under your remit.
• Advanced knowledge of international SEO techniques and best practice for other search engines, such as Bing, Yandex, Yahoo! and Baidu.
