Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate in this newly created role, within a fast-growing Artificial Intelligence company for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Ecosystem department. Up for the challenge? We need you to establish a simulation environment for testing and reviewing the codes and scripts before deployment. A quality assurance engineer should also be able to design the test cases and protocols. Your communication skills for explaining the problems and necessary solutions will be vital for the team. You have the final say before deployment.

Your overarching objective being to analyze, test, review, debug, question and bring your solutions to BrainBox AI for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing codes and scripts before deployment
• Working with the different departments to identify and understand system requirements
• Using Git as our version-control system
• Design tests frameworks. You will lead in creating, implementing and executing the testing cases.
• Document and report the bug and testing solutions
• Staying up to date with our environment and strategies

Qualifications

• Excellent in python
• Great Software Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or any other related field
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Determined to improve our solutions: critical thinking and problem solver
