Crossover, the world’s largest remote work company, is looking for a seasoned finance executive with experience in a global leadership role. Reporting to the COO and CFO, you will seamlessly run one or more finance functions such as FP&A, OTC or Controllership.

This role is a unique opportunity to be a key member of the global executive team in this differentiated environment. You will lead the transformation and growth of acquired companies using our 90-day program.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a 50 + person, entirely remote Finance organization
  • Drive productivity improvements through deep-diving and innovating across finance teams who specialize in:
  • FP&A, Controlling, Finance IT Systems, and Data Imports
  • Statutory Audits under US GAAP and IFRS
  • Operations including Treasury, OTC, PTP, GL and Tax
  • Acquisitions

Candidate requirements:

  • 15+ years of finance experience under the US GAAP / IFRS
  • 2+ years experience of managing international teams totaling 50+ finance professionals
  • Responsibility of at least $500 million (annualized) turnover (IT industry preferred)
  • Successful track record as the CFO or SVP of Finance for a business division (IT industry preferred)
  • Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side
  • Full spectrum of accounting and finance experience, including M&A accounting and complex multi-currency consolidations
  • Experience with large-scale ERP systems (Netsuite and/or Intacct), specifically relating to OTC and PTP
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree plus either CPA (or equivalent) and MBA

What you will be doing:

As the SVP of Finance, you will continuously improve the quality of your teams by hiring, coaching and managing up to 5 VP level executives. You will leverage your financial expertise to simplify, standardize, and automate our finance processes. In doing so, you will achieve industry excellence in performance and business value delivered.

You will be working closely with our Fortune 500 customers, as well as key executives.

You will own the finance component of up to one acquisition per week. Concurrently, you will ensure the compliance of portfolio company financial statements for statutory, management and bank reporting purposes. You will ensure that all portfolio companies are supported in their working capital and cash needs. Furthermore, you will lead a significant migration initiative into NetSuite from legacy ERPs and in-house systems.
