Hello! We are Iris, an integrated creative agency at the heart of culture. Our role in the agency marketplace has always been that of the bold challenger: We are here to help our clients find a competitive advantage in the face of change and disruption.

To create a dramatic shift in the way our clients perceive us we need to work in a dramatically different way. We need to act like a business partner, not a supplier. We need to ingrain the idea that ‘advertising isn’t always the answer’ into our approach.

We are for like-minded, progressive individuals. We are for brands and businesses who realize that maintaining the status quo is a dangerous thing to do.

    The Role:

As an experiential-focused Account Executive, your role is to support the wider team to execute work seamlessly. You’ll work closely with your team, your clients and suppliers so being positive, responsive and proactive will make you a real success. You are a fantastic project manager – a timeline aficionado, detail-oriented person who can flex and reprioritize as needed, and enjoys an everchanging landscape of projects and exciting opportunities

You must thrive on experiential planning and execution. Beyond events you’ll work on other creative projects supporting the brand – everything from digital to advertising to collateral.

Significant amount of potential travel required. We work with several automotive brands so experience in this field and/or automotive knowledge is an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with your manager to draft contact reports, budgets and creative briefs.
    • Research into the market and providing ongoing competitor updates.
    • Update status and contact reports and supplier briefing forms.
    • Help to develop timing schedules and ensure we keep on track by communicating progress to both the team and the client.
    • Keep your project status up to date and catch up with your line manager regularly so they can stay up to speed.
    • Understand the whole process from ideation to delivery so that you can talk the client through it if needed.
    • Under the guidance of your acoount manager, take every chance to initiate and show responsibility for smaller projects. You’ll also get the opportunity to present work to clients, so take advantage of it.
    • Check all communications are free from grammatical, spelling and numerical errors. You’ll also need to allow enough time for your line manager to sign work off.
    • Support gathering estimates, budgets, purchase orders and invoices promptly and accurately for prompt processing and payment
    • Develop good relationships with suppliers – embrace internal and external processes to facilitate overall account growth
    • Look for opportunities to add value whenever you can – be energetic about what you do, take pride in your work and be the one bringing new ideas to the team every week.
    • Each week reflect on your development and growing portfolio of skills.
    • Live a little. There’s life at Iris beyond your team. So get involved with wider agency initiatives and find out a bit more about Iris people and projects.
