  • As a Wursta Account Manager, you will represent Wursta as our customer's dedicated solution-oriented advisor. You will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, gain knowledge of the customer’s technology initiatives and business needs, and seek to resolve client technical constraints, identifying value-added products and services to help their business innovate and grow.


    We are searching for experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven account managers looking to catapult his/her careers through hard work.  


    Our ideal Account Manager will be able to learn fast, keep up with the latest technology developments, present confidently, communicate effectively, and grow-all while keeping our customers happy. Because we are growing, there is a lot of room for growth within Wursta! This position is located at our new offices in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.


    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement 
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an account manager, sales, or related role.
    • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
    • Ability to become a G Suite roadmap expert and able to keep up with the latest technology developments
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Be an advocate for the work, have a passion for technology
    • Entrepreneurial-spirited, Self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative


    Preferred Experience

    • G Suite experience preferred
    • BA or BS is highly desired
    • Solid experience with other cloud technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Bettercloud, AODocs, Office 365)
    • Excellent Interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills 
    • Understand our underlying technology and services to be able to analyze client needs and suggest perspective solutions for clients
    • Experience in value added sales
    • Organized and apt at tracking
