Job Summary: Looking for Accountant in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Prepare invoices and generate remittance as well as cheques
Prepare daily bank statements for reconciliation
Attend to supplier’s queries and document the types of queries to enable the manager to identify opportunities to improve the services
Generate profit and loss accounts sheets
Confirm financial statements, ledgers as well as accounts and make corrections where necessary
Evaluate financial information and compile financial status
Carry out reconciliations of accounts
Handle processes for financial forecasting, budgets and prepare monthly, quarterly as well as annual management accounts
Prepare payments and invoices accurately within expected time frame
Handle all accounting transactions and assist the management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
Make sure effective internal controls are in place
Handle balance sheets and profit or loss statements

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Should be able to prepare accurate financial reports
Knowledge in inventory required
Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Advanced computer application knowledge including the ability use the accounting software
