Accounts Assistant

Location: Multan

  • Responsible to check daily attendance and leave records
  • Make proper record of leave and attendance of all employees.
  • Daily opening/closing of office, ensure daily cleanliness of company premises as per cleanliness checklist, and handle walk in customers.
  • Perform Billing and generate a sale order sheet and send it to Accounts Department (Head Office) on daily basis.
  • Generate request for inventory and maintain inventory ledger/inward outward movement of stock.
  • Maintaining of Sale report and Stock report.
  • Responsible for Physical stock take.
  • Dispatching of goods within city and out station.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs25,000.00 /month
