Accounts Payable Administrator

We are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their central finance function for Europe.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage their AP knowledge in a digitalised environment, working in an international team and with responsibility across several European countries.
Your duties will include although will not be limited to:
- Registering incoming invoices and allocating invoices to relevant budget holders
- Preparing, checking and reconciling payments
- Assisting month end closing and reporting with AP-related accruals, prepayments, VAT declaration preparation etc.
- Support intercompany accounts reconciliations
- Regular follow up and KPI reporting on AP aging
- Maintaining and improving different processes and activities related to AP
- Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on AP related matters
- Supporting ad hoc activities within the finance function
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience working in an international environment
- ERP system experience and a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- A proactive approach and ability to use your own initiative
- A keen eye for detail with analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
