  • Frankly Media is seeking an experienced Ad Sales Operations Manager to join our Digital Advertising Sales team. This individual is responsible for the support and continued development of strategic digital advertising sales partnerships. In addition, he/she will develop a strong understanding of our products and solutions to assist in data analysis, superior customer support, and the creation of proposals and market materials for our advertisers and publishers.


    This position is in Atlanta and reports to the SVP of Sales.

    Responsibilities include:


    • Build and revise media plans based on inventory avails.
    • Prepare and revise sales plans and responses to proposal requests that maximize the use of our digital inventory while fulfilling advertiser requirements.
    • Assist with pricing and analyzing digital ad inventory packages.
    • Collaborate and brainstorm with our ad ops team in the creation of proactive and strategic proposals and advertising opportunities.
    • Ensure media plans and rate cards include accurate pricing, utilize approved products and available inventory, and adhere to defined business processes to ensure optimal program performance.
    • Complete additional projects as directed by Finance, Customer Success and other teams.
    • Assist in the coordination of digital ad sales marketing materials.
    • Work closely with Sales and Ad Ops to manage all inventory changes, plan changes according to availability, and provide documentation to reflect all changes and cancellations.
    • Respond to Sales requests about inventory, ad products, creative specifications, and research.
    • Manage new client activity list and prospecting list for all local Sales needs.


    Qualifications and Requirements


    • Must have related experience in Digital Media Sales or Ad Buying 
    • Experience using digital ad servers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with audience metrics and user data/behaviors 
    • Strong knowledge of MediaMath and audience metrics
    • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Able to multitask and handle projects independently, as well as, part of a team
    • Ambitious and highly motivated
    • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to alternate from detailed work to client interaction seamlessly
    • BS/BA required
