The Opportunity
We are seeking a strong administrative professional who will be responsible for providing support to the IT Planning function and a team of 5 IT Directors. This role supports these functions by delivering administration, information sharing and periodic reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative support responsibilities including:
  • Ordering and management of IT supply budget
  • Coordination of resource seating plans
  • Ad hoc general administrative support (i.e: organizing meetings and events, expense reports) to a team of 5 IT Directors
  • Invoice Processing
  • Divisional IT financial tracking and reporting
  • IT/Project Resource Tracking
  • IT Planning reporting to support divisional IT planning

Qualifications:
Education: College diploma (typically between one and two year program) or equivalent experience
Work Experience: Experience where the position focus included coordination and communication with multiple organizational levels. Must have demonstrated a high attention to detail and organization, strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently, but looking to join a fast paced team
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Language Skills: Bilingualism is considered an asset, but is not mandatory
