Responsibilities

• M eet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure .
• Promote and maintain good working relations with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s .
• Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service .

• Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of the guest.

• Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a 5* luxury, fast paced environment.
• Excellent Arabic communication and organizational skills.
