Our Client is a global manufacturer of consumer electronics :
Job scope & responsibilities for the role include :
- Supporting the regional sales team in growing the African region
- Identifying and working closely with the distributor/local customers to establish and maintain relationships that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the brand.
- Meeting the distributors & customers in Africa on a regular basis
- Business development through presentations/demonstrations/negotiation.
- Achieving growth and profitability as per the assigned budget
- Monitoring each customer’s sales progress, inventory, purchase, etc.
- Coordinating with the Service / Technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and after sales-service.
- Ensuring products are shipped out from factories and arrive on time at the delivery point.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree qualifications in a Business discipline
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in building a distribution network specifically in the African region
- Sales experience handling the Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda market is essential
- Fluency in Arabic, English and French is essential
- Flexibility in extensive travel in Africa
