We are seeking a highly motivated Casual Bar/Barista to join our experienced and professional team.

Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure all beverages are made to Lounge standards and training standards provided by relevant Beverage supplier.
• Assist with the cleaning, polishing and storage or cutlery and crockery as required.
• Ensure all equipment associated with the Coffee Machine is kept, neat tidy and orderly.
• Ensure any maintenance issues with the coffee machine are reported to ensure appropriate action can be taken to repair the machine.
• Deliver orders promptly to and from the kitchen production area for replenishment and delivery of food items.
• Stock work areas in the Lounge, including the transfer of Food and Beverage items to back and front of house work areas.
• Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations.
• Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy.
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practises.

Whilst technical experience is of important to us, to be considered for the role you will have:

• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.
