We are looking for Business Analyst having the following qualifications to be employed in our company. The candidates will be a part of Core Insurance Project of one the largest Insurance Company

Desired skills & experience:

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, MIS, etc. from a reputable university,
• 3-6 years of total experience in business analysis (functions, processes, user interfaces, etc), system implementation and testing knowledge is nice to have, 
• Insurance / Financial Services experience is preferred, 
• Understanding of operating models, processes, governance structures, demand, and project management disciplines and methodologies,
• Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking,
• Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment,
• Advanced level English skills is a must,
