Position Related :

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be a part of Business Development team and will be supporting AM Business Development for developing and implementing a robust business development plan for the region, which will enable the regional sales & distribution team to improve capability and advocacy at the retail channel.

Goals:

  • Plan/execute regional budget
  • Effective Utilization of the allocated Budget for the region.
  • End to End budget record keeping for reconciliation
  • Ensure GR process with on ground verification of good received for all Executions
  • Vendor management for smooth execution of the branding jobs in the region.
  • Ensure to follow sourcing process for all vendors and projects
  • Initiate procurement process and follow up till end i.e. (a) Search vendor (b) Finalize Vendor (c) Initiate PO (d) Payment follow-up.
  • Plan/execute regional BD Strategy
  • Liaison with Regional Sales Team/ADEs to ensure effective communication
  • Analyze Key focus areas to invest the Retail budget effectively
  • Enhance/explore new initiatives to promote business KPIs
  • To ensure timely resolution of all Retail grievances and improve Retail relations.
  • Effective and timely Channel / Retail communication of products & offers.
  • Plan/execute Retail activation plan for region
  • Prepare plan to support sales on KPI achievement
  • BTL marketing planning & execution
  • Plan activation on low cell site utilization areas
  • On shop activation support to enhance sales KPIs
  • Plan execute activation using segmented approach for retailers/markets
  • Plan/execute Retail visibility in region
  • Identify new branding opportunities & new sales arena in the region.
  • To prepare the forecast of POS material as per SCP for region according to need basis analysis of retail outlet.
  • Develop counter plan for competitor’s visibility drive in the region.
  • To make the brand visible at Retail level in the assigned region, as per the visibility standards.
  • Develop and maintain the Regional data of fixed and other branding material install at franchise and in retail
  • Plan/execute Retail advocacy project in region
  • Develop promos for franchise/retail channel to improve sales.
  • Ensure campaign pay-outs on timely basis

Eligibility Criteria:

Education :

Bachelor’ or Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Business or a closely related field

Work experience :

Experience in the area of Trade Marketing or Sales & Distribution

Potential Career Path:
