Compensation: $70-110k plus Uncapped Commission, Bonus, Car Allowance & 100% pd Medical

This is a private equity backed company that is poised for growth. The company has been in business 50+ years and has an established book of business. The PE owners are investing significant capital to grow the business through diversification.

Position Details:

This Business Development Leader will be responsible for identifying profitable business with new customers while growing sales with existing clients. This position will be the liaison between customers and engineering to translate customer technical needs and internal manufacturing capabilities. This position is a key role for the company and will have a significant impact on its success. The company is seeking a candidate who can grow into a General Manager role in the future.
