- Scope of Responsibility is Kuwait, KSA and Bahrain
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible of building and implementing customer-focused strategies, programs and capabilities that result in market leadership, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Improving the competitiveness and market performance of Nexans offerings; and leveraging Nexans equity to expand revenue, improve profit and enhance Nexans image in Kuwait, KSA and Bahrain
- Develop, organise and disseminate information on customers
- Take part into the preparation of the Key Account Plan by providing information on countries
- Identify customers’ buying potentials
- Implement local actions on the country’s dashboard
- Manage and negotiate local contracts (in compliance with the overall strategy)
- Carry out a monthly reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- Alert the GCC Area Sales Director in case of problems
- Take part in customer service reviews
- Develop profitable business relations with key accounts in Kuwait, KSA and Bahrain (Sales turnover and margins)
- Implement locally the strategy defined with the Area Sales Director – GCC

- A minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience
- University or College degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing / Accounting.
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Proficient in use of computer software such as MS word, Excel.
- Effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense
