Your knowledge to design, advice, sell and manage programs, will help define industry and product leading transformation programs. This role is a leadership role in the Process Transformation Advisory & Consulting group of Business Application Consulting group at Wipro. It expected that the candidate should have –

• Minimum of 15+ years of total experience in working through consulting programs/ implementation and transformation programs in process domain areas like Customer Experience, Quote to Cash & CPQ transformation, Financial & procurement transformations, Supply chain, planning, logistics, warehouse management transformations etc.
• Expected to have 5-7 year of experience in capacity of Program Manager/ Director/ Transformation Manager –managing mid to large scale complex ERP/ CRM/ SaaS transformation programs
• Deep Implementation and leadership experience with popular ERP/ CRM / SaaS Cloud product such as SAP/ Oracle / Infor / Microsoft dynamics/ Manhattan Associates, JDA Manugistics etc.
• Have proven track record of implementing / architecting complex ERP/CRM/HCM across industry
• The Consulting Program Director should be able to demonstrate sound understanding of some process domain and good understanding on one or some of the leading ERP products and their capabilities.
• Capability to understand value chain; impact of program; desired & existing outcomes, roles, activities, skills. Identify gap between existing and required design, competencies and building design to support value chain in complex transformation program.
• Strong people management, work management and time management skills.
• Experience managing Stakeholders and diverse levels
• Experience managing change and scope through the complex programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills to front end and manage program leadership meetings/ stake holder sessions etc.

Job Description

• Program Director should be accountable for successful execution of consulting programs OR large transformation in ERP/CRM space
• Stake holder management They need to foster the CXO / stakeholder relationship in these programs. Ensure program and organization leaders understand and are supportive of the Wipro’s execution approach. Maintain effective engagement with leaders, and ensure their support and involvement in the program.
• Have oversight of the overall Program in order to integrate activities, linkages and interdependencies across the different work streams
• Responsible for managing the program scope, resources, timeline, deliverables, implementation risk and day to day status reporting.
• Accountable for defining the approach for major and cross-stream program activities, defining the required templates, tools and plans to guide and monitor the project activities.
• Work effectively with offshore based pre-sales team in shaping consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations
• Manage project delivery across portfolios and industries with multi-location, multi-service line teams
• Bid management, estimation of effort for system configuration, integration and implementation
• Program Consulting Skills - Ability to present and orchestrate workshops, drive discussions across diverse groups.
• Focuses on practice management and practice revenue growth within the NA geo. They will need to work with a set of Consulting Sales Managers/ Business Development Managers / Practice Sales Managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Consulting Practice Growth targets.
• Help with developing Application (ERP/HCM/CRM) consulting business and consulting teams support through RFI & RFP responses
