Job Description:

My client a production agency, producing advertising and marketing content for many of the world’s most famous brands, across all media around the world are looking for a project manager with excellent advanced Excel skills.

You will work on this high-profile client who has a significant presence with 1000+ retail locations across Europe.

 

What does your day look like:

• Helping run the day to day running of bespoke large format projects. This includes 100s of installations across European Markets.

• Work closely with Vendors and 3rd parties to manage the client’s requirements

• Work closely with our in-house studio to ensure deadlines are met

• Budget control and assisting with finance management

 

Experience required:

• Experience gained working on global retail brand

• Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Demonstration of experience in managing complex spreadsheets

• An excellent understanding or print production processes – especially OOH/ Large Format/ creative executions

• Experience working closely with brand guidelines

• Experience assisting briefing and trafficking artwork along with an understanding of studio processes

• Willing and eligible to travel to the USA for project support (2-3 times a year)

• A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems

• The ability to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames
