Job Purpose:

  • To be part of Compensation & Benefit function of HR and support the Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits in ensuring smooth management of various employee benefits and related operational activities of the function


Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of employee Medical Insurance Policy;
  • Responsible for overseeing/updating the medical/health insurance of all employees;
  • Additions/deletion of new joiner/leaver;
  • Updating the changes in dependents’ list and process of medical card;
  • Coordination with employees for their medical claims and cheques;
  • Invoice checking and payment processing of insurance vendors;
  • To manage employee group life insurance;
  • Additions/deletion/updating of new joiner & leaver;
  • Invoice checking and payment processing of insurance vendors;
  • Custodian of group life insurance policy and domain;
  • Employee Leaves Management;
  • Responsible for looking after leaves of all permanent employees;
  • To manage and update leave management system in coordination with IT software development team;
  • To prepare and share various leave reports to management on need basis;
  • Fleet Card Management;
  • Issuance of fleet cards for new joiner and blocking of fuel card for leavers;
  • Updating of fuel limits in case required;
  • Payment to relevant vendors on time to avoid penalty;
  • Preparation of monthly/annual fuel utilization reports;
  • Employee Final Settlement;
  • Processing of final settlements with employees benefits like provident fund and gratuity fund;
  • Maintaining proper record of final settlements/vouchers;
  • Custodian of final settlement module and policy & process;
  • Coordination with finance/external vendors for cheque processing


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 


Experience:

  • Overall 3 to 5 years of experience with mandatory 2 years HR experience.
