Our client is a multinational company specializing in Forex Trading, CFD Trading, Cryptocurrencies and Online Trading Platform with regional offices and sales centres operating across the globe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop regional plan and expand sales of company products.
- Recruit and retain introducing brokers, marketing affiliates and end customer in the GCC.
- Identify and develop new channels for marketing and sales.
- Implement and develop strategies aiming to promote the organizations mission and vision.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of business through establishing strong relationships with financial advisors.
- Performing market research to focus business development efforts on targeted companies/industries/geographies, Ultra high network clients (UHNW) and institutional investors
- Lead individual projects to develop FX brokerage strategy (e.g., shaping overall business direction, market participation, pricing strategy, client segment / channel strategy).
- Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to analyze complex business problems.
- Perform data analyses to drive insights and inform recommendations (e.g., financial modeling, cost / profitability analysis).
- Synthesize research / analyses and develop concise and effective presentations.
- Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
- Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and lead the sales initiative to build out business.
- Ensure adherence of the organizations daily activities and long-term plans to established policies, regulatory compliance requirements and legal guidelines.
- Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders, partners and external authorities
- Be the face of the company and act as the public relations representative of the company in ways that fortifies its profile.
- Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.
Essential characteristics:
- 8+ years of overall professional experience in business development within FX/CFD industry and minimum 3 years track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial services, capital market, wealth management and / or investment banking
- Strong leadership skills; team player / mentor / motivator / thought leader who can bring together people and perspectives to reach new solutions, build confidence and trust with colleagues across all levels of the organization
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
- In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
- An analytical mind capable for out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems
- Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
