What you do: -

• Introduce and explain our HR Services to companies create business opportunities from Multan Market.
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Make cold calls for new business lead
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of corporate clients.
• HR Business Development Executive will provide weekly detail and status of every approached client to Business Development Manager via email or through visit office.

What you have: -

Strong interpersonal skills , Negotiation & Persuasion skills , Communication skills.

Human Resource & Business Development background and experience will be preferred
