For hr Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Managing absence, discipline, grievances, sickness etc. Learning & Development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams Implementing the training and development agenda. Identify areas that need attention and improvement Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes Working with senior managers and day to day meetings on all people issues Managing HR budgets Any other task assigned by the Director and management.
